We could not accomplish all that we do without the genorosity and support from our donors who show their committment to conservation and education through their donations to our Zoo.
There is always a lot happening here at the Zoo, from the day to day care and enrichment of our animals, educating visitors, school groups, and students about the world around us and the conservation efforts that are so necessary, to special events that engage our visitors and draw them into the discussion. Beyond our park we also have ongoing outreach programs in our local communities as well as support and involvement in research and conservation projects all around the world. The many things that happen beyond what our revenue could achieve, they happen because of people like you.
Adopting lets you play an important and direct role in promoting the well-being of your favorite Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium residents. Your gift helps provide for the care, feeding, and enrichment of the animals, while supporting the Zoo’s commitment to wildlife conservation, both locally and around the world. All animal species at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium are available for adoption.
