Q: Why should I buy the One Wild Day Pass?
A: Guests who want to maximize their visit for the best price are encouraged to purchase a One Wild Day Pass! The pass includes general daytime admission, plus one experience to five attractions: the ‘I Spy a Butterfly’ experience, the One Wild Express train, VR Theater, carousel, and a mobile scavenger hunt. The Pass has a total savings of around 30% compared to guests who purchase admission and each attraction separately.
Q: Is the One Wild Day Pass available for Members or guests with special admission? Are there other options?
A: Because Members visit the Zoo for free and do not need to purchase daytime admission tickets, Members should not need to purchase the One Wild Day Pass. Other guests who may already have a Flex ticket, groups, general admission tickets, or guests who receive discounts on tickets that must be purchased at gates can still receive a great deal on attractions without needing the One Wild Day Pass. Once on grounds, please visit the carousel booth to purchase the $14 Adventure Value Pack, which includes all five attractions (the ‘I Spy a Butterfly’ experience, the One Wild Express train, VR Theater, carousel, and a mobile scavenger hunt) without daytime admission.
Q: Does everyone in my party need to buy a One Wild Day Pass?
A: Everyone who needs to purchase a daytime admission ticket who wishes to experience all five attractions at the Zoo should purchase a One Wild Day Pass for the best savings. As an example, seniors, pregnant guests, or children under 39 inches tall who cannot or do not want to experience attractions like the VR Theater, a regular Plan-Ahead Daytime Admission ticket might be the best choice while still purchasing One Wild Day Passes for other guests in the party.
Q: How do I redeem my One Wild Day Pass?
A: At purchase, guests must select one day for admission and use of their five attractions on the One Wild Day Pass. Per our Ticket Policy, any adjustment to selected date may incur additional fees. After purchase, guests receive an email with QR code for their One Wild Day Pass. Guests display the Pass at admission gates and attractions to redeem. For the phone-based Scavenger Hunt, guests may download the Goosechase app for Apple or Android before arriving at the Zoo, but directions for the hunt itself will be provided at the carousel booth once on grounds.
Q: How many times can I experience the five attractions? Can I substitute, swap, or visit more than once?
A: Guests may experience each of the five attractions one time. For example, a guest cannot skip the carousel to ride the VR Theater twice. Guests who wish to experience any one attraction more than once may purchase an additional a la carte attraction ticket at the carousel booth or directly at the attraction.
Q: What if I want to experience only some of the attractions, but not all?
A: Tickets for individual attractions are available a la carte on grounds at the carousel booth or at the individual attraction. Unless an unexpected issue makes the attraction inoperable on the day of your visit, refunds for are not available for attractions skipped.
