Our Spring class series will explore the diverse mechanisms that animals use to defend themselves. We will learn about how animals can adapt their bodies and behaviors to defend against predators, competitors and even environmental conditions. The classes will focus on topics including camouflage, poison, armor and nocturnal adaptations using discussions, activities and live animal encounters.
