$1,000 rental cost for daytime events
- Plus discounted group rate General Daytime Admission for your guests
$2,500 rental cost for evening events

- 350 guests seated at rounds.

- Four hour venue rental.
- Additional hour available for $500.
- All tables and white chairs to match guest count.
- Tent up-lighting and bistro lights.
- Free parking in the Zoo’s main lot.
- Restroom access in the Education Complex.
- Zoo Event Staff coordination.
Available Late April through Early October, Daytimes and Evenings
- Daytime events must take place between 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Group’s discounted daytime admission must be paid for by the client at the event year’s discounted group rate.
- Evening events must take place between 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. All noise must cease by 11 p.m. to comply with the sound ordinance in Pittsburgh.
- Guests park in the Zoo’s main lot and walk to the venue.
